Return Policy

Swiss TTP

 

Our return policy follows the Amazon standard. 

 

You may return new, unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price not including shipping. Unused means items are packaged or wrapped as delivered.  If any item in a set is opened, the set will be considered to have been opened.  Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

For items that do not meet the above standard, a partial refund may be issued.  Refunds are calculated as a percentage of the original purchase price not including shipping.  The following is the refund schedule:

Items or sets other than DVD's (sets may included a DVD):

  • Unopend but after 30 days of delivery:  refund=90% of item's price.
  • Opened but unused and returned within 30 days of delivery:  refund =85%
  • Opened but unused and returned between 30 and 60 days of delivery:  refund=75%
  • Items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error:  refund=up to 50%

Individual DVD's and DVD sets:

  • Opened, undamaged DVD's (removed from plastic wrap or security seal broken) returned within 30 days of delivery:  refund=50%
  • Damaged DVD's:  No refund.  (if received damaged, we will exchange for new DVD only)

NO refunds after 60 days from the date of delivery

 

To process a refund:

  • Contact our shipping department by email at shipping@swissttp.com and  request a Return Authorization number (RA#).
  • Ship the items in their original packaging using a traceable shipping method such as FedEx, UPS, or US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation.
  • You must email the tracking number(s) to shipping@swissttp.com
  • Once your return is received, we will determine the refund and notify you.
  • Your refund will be processed by Amazon through your original payment method.

Please note:  The refund process may take up to 4 weeks from the time you deliver the package to the shipping company.   Often you will receive your refund much sooner.  For more information on processing time, please see Amazon's help topic on returns/refunds.
